Data Processing

Data processing is done on the basis of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Para 1 lit a, b, c, or f of DSGVO (GDPR) – consent, contract performance and pre-contractual inquiries, legal obligation, and/or legitimate interest. Our aim is to imporve our services and the user experiece on our website. 

In addition to the regulations of GDPR, national regulations apply in Austria – the Federal Act on Protection of Natural Persons in the Processing of Personal Data (DPA) in particular. This includes the right to information, retification, or deletion. 

As soon as there is no legal obligation to store your data, it will be deleted by us. Generally, your data is deleted after 7 years, in accordance with § 132 BAO. In principle, we do not make your data available to third parties. However, it is necessary to do so in certain cases, such as fulfilling an order. In this case, all data transmission is done on the basis of GDPR. 

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

In accordance with GDPR and Austrian Data Protection Law, you as a data subject have extensive rights. In particular, these are the follwing – right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, and revocation of consent at any point in time.
