Following conditions apply to visiting classes, workshops, seminars, mentoring, and retreats organised and facilitated by Desislava Georgieva e.U.

Prerequisites

General physical and mental state By registering and booking a session, workshop, retreat, or a program, participants confirm that they are in a physical and emotional health and able to cope with the physical and mental demands of the practice. The offered classes, workshops, mentoring sessions, and retreats, are not a medical service, and they do not replace one. When in doubt, please consult a doctor. Non of the practices demonstrated, suggested or recommended, are intended to be a substitute for a medical treatment or to be medical advice. In case they interfere with an advice from a physician/doctor, please follow the advice of the physician/doctor.

Yoga classes/workshops/meditation/mentoring registrations are considered in the order in which they are received. In the case of unforeseen events, special reasons (illness, physical limitations), insufficient registrations, further education, vacation, we reserve our right to reject or cancel registrations or postpone events. In case of such changes, participants will be informed immediately and accordingly by e-mail or phone. Changes in the staff, the location, or the accommodation are possible do not represent reasons for a refund. If the participants has physical limitations and/or current complaints, they must consult whether yoga, meditation, and application of breathing techniques are advised and beneficial with a doctor or a therapist in advance. In case of slight restrictions, the participant must inform the organiser in writing in advance. By booking a class, course, or a retreat, the participants explicitly confirm (to the best of their knowledge) that they are physically and mentally healthy, and able to follow the courses without restrictions. Furthermore, participants are obliged to inform the organiser about their pregnancy status. By booking a session, the participant confirms that they’ve informed themselves about general contraindications of yoga and breathing exercises.

Payments and cancellations

Private appointments for yoga, meditation, mentoring, and mindfulness practices offered by Dessie are by no means a substitute for medical and/or therapeutic care and/or a diagnosis. Payment is to be made in advance or latest within 7 days upon receipt of invoice. Cancellations for private appointments that are done within less than 24 hours (working days) from the date, will be charged in full.

Group Workshops and Events

Registrations for our classes and events are considered in their order of occurrence. By registering, participants automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions. It is responsibility of the participants to make sure they are in a normal state of physical and mental resilience. Payment is due no further than the date of the class/event. Cancellations for workshops and events are only accepted and confirmed in a written form (per e-mail). In case of a cancellation earlier than 28 days before an event, a full refund is offered. In case of a cancellation between 28 and 7 days before an event, a handling fee of 50% of the price is charged, and in case of a cancellation less than 7 days before an event, the full price will be charged. In case a substitute is found, or a waitlist register joins on their place, the above cancellation fees do not apply. Cancellations are to be reported to to Dessie at dessie.georgieva@gmail.com and in case cancellation fees apply, these will be charged separately.

Liability Disclaimer

Description of classes, courses, and events, corresponds to the moment of registration. We keep the right to updates and changes. We are not liable for any personal belongings of participants. Participants bear full responsibility for themselves and their actions during classes, workshops, and retreats. They are solely responsible for any damage to their belongings or themselves, financial loss, and indemnify the organisers, course facilitators, and hosts. We are not liable for documents provided by us, and no liability claims can be done against Desislava Georgieva e.U. sourcing from the application of information and knowledge acquired in one of our classes or workshops. Terms and conditions of the participants do not apply.

Data and Copyright

Personal data of participants will only be used for internal purpose and be treated confidentially. Content and data used in events, workshops, and retreats, is property of Desislava Georgieva and is protected by copyright. It is not to be reproduced, shared, broadcasted etc. without consent of Desislava Georgieva. Unauthorised reproduction, broadcasting, sharing, etc. is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

Place of jurisdiction is Vienna and applicable law is Austrian law. We keep the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
