Moon Magic by DGH club is about living the most fully-expressed life in sync with nature‘s cycles. Leading confidently from the feminine in a masculine world.
This session is a unique blend of somatic practices based on yin yoga, meditation, journaling, and sharing.
Honoring the cycles of the moon offers an opportunity to connect to yourself and your intuition, to others around you, and to your surrounding world. Once every 29 days, the earth is right between the sun and the moon, making the moon reflect the sunlight on us the brightest. This is a very potent time to connect to this reflective energy of the moon. Looking back at the last two weeks, and releasing what doesn’t serve us going forward are powerful practices at this time.
Contribution: Sliding scale between 25 and 65 euros. Allowing yourself to be supported in the lower range of the scale and support the event in the higher range.
