New Moon Magic Session 1.11.2024
Once every 28 days, the moon is right between the sun and the earth, which makes it invisible for us. Symbolically and energetically this offers a great opportunity for reflection, and starting a new cycle of setting conscious intentions for the month ahead.
In this session, we will drop out of the mind and into the body, use somatic practices and yin meridian yoga, guided meditations, journaling, and sharing, to access the deepest knowing within yourself, and create a sacred space to express and be fully authentically yourself.

The session takes place via Zoom. You will receive the link 1 hour prior to the session.
Make sure you have 1-2 big pillows and a blanket, as well as something to write ready.
